yes i do with my brother in another state so i avoid money transfer fees and also i have a Acecashexpress netspend card also and works between regular netspend and that one also because its the same bank and just like a skin of netspend!!! i have used them for years to hide money from wife!!! lol

Not only that but if you get people to sign up with you I think they have a referrel bonus too. But yea you can send money to any netspend user online for free.
