Marketplace re-opened to users in default

Just what the title says. If you are in default, you can still use marketplace to get yourself out of debt and pay off your loans!

We need to make sure though that the person trading to the person in default is in default.

Maybe a little red circle beside their name so that others know they are in default.

Needing the trade in marketplace is def. a sign they already owe.
But a signal for default is not a bad idea.
