MALEK87 Wins B2B but is technically in Default.. You Decide

I am trying to be fair here on what you think should be done.

Long story short.. Malek87 (PO name: SA39A) won B2B tonight.
He won the first game and realized he had a chance to win B2B so repaid his loan before the 2nd game started. So yes, at the time he won the 2nd game, he was no longer in default.. However, when the promotion started (The 1st game), he was in default.

Here are the FACTS:

SA39A takes out a loan
1000 04-27-2012, 05:57 PM Loan Loan ID:3692 (105)

He now goes into default and is debt collected on several times

SA39A says he hasn't had a chance to repay his debt, hasn't been online

What should I do? Likely I will settle his debts and lower the B2B prize pool accordingly

Give cookies his points back, take it out of b2b, and give him 0

Use the B2B to reapay everyone that is owed...


Just like you need in other cases...

Then start the b2b again at whatever is left after he repays...

Very simple and only one answer to fix this.

This a PM that this guy sent to me 3 weeks ago. he could have sent me ne amount I would have been happy. instead no word no reply nothing. He's is a POS and needs to get nothing. He owe me 11k pts in market. And even after his debt is erase this guy should be permabanned.

simple like you said, if he didn't have a chance for B2B, then he wouldn't have thought about repaying his debt. So my opinion is he doesn't deserve it.
