1) dont punish him for debts in past if all were paid prior to his run
2) the excuse about not being around is bull, was on to play so he could pay them
3) if he does owe cooks that, id say a no go.
basically... dont punish for the past, but if he does owe now then really i dont think he should get

Dont set any kind of precedent where some guy in defualt can pick and choose when to repay so he can benefit from it.
IT is said noone in default can win any promotions. THe promotion he "won" was B2B which includes the 2 freerolls he won. For the 1st he was in defualt for the whole of it while being in default for a period of the 2nd freeroll.
I dont agree with him saying he had no time to repay loans, as he did have time to open up carbon and register for the tournament, so he could repay loan at that time, Or even at any time during the 1st freeroll such as breaks(not that would have made a difference to his eligibility for B2B). But the fact he only repaid it during the 2nd freeroll makes it pretty clear his intentions in repaying were solely incase he won B2B.
Regardless of Cookies 11K debt i think he shouldnt get B2B as he didnt meet the requirements to be eligible.
If Cookies 11K debt proves to be true then i think its an even easier decision.

Use B2B to repay everyone
Then whatever is left start the B2B over
You have to be consistent in this ZAB....
Just make this the rule:
1.) If your in default of owe anyone no winnings from b2b will be credited
2.) B2B winnings will be used to repay those and the rest will be put back into the prizepool and restart the promo
We shouldnt even be having to discuss this.... This is the way its been done before and the way it should be handled.
Just make this set in stone so we dont have to listen to everyone getting all worked up in chat for an hour over $100 or not getting a 2k loan.
Simple as that

Repaying his debts, not giving him any money or history of winnings b2b.
Adjusting the B2B prize pool now.
