Ok Ok I get this now.. I had a similar idea earlier I called Donkey Derby.. Where people got assigned a random donkey

The only flaw with that Donkey Derby idea is that it could be colluded.
But you could always change it around somehow?

With what I had in mind, you got a little of both... But it was one person per tournament that was assigned.. People would buy "tickets" and if that person landed on that number whoever had that number won the prize pool.
