I bet you upgrade idea

Seems a lot of people are interested in this.. This is how I spec'd out it.

Let me know what you would want to see or change:


I bet you


Sort of like Last Longer Bets (How we create them) but its user vs user.
1. Creating Bets:
2. User who is creating the ?bet? has some options
3. When creating the bet: Is this a ?Matchup? Bet? (If yes, then he would be given 2 spots to fill in MATCHUP 1 vs MATCHUP 2) --- On each matchup he can put in odds (it?s just a number) None of these values can be changed or edited once someone accepts a wager ***** If it?s not a match up bet, then enter the ?What is the bet: field *****
4. Special Notes \ Instructions Field
5. Amount of action that the creator will accept (In points, users points get deducted right away)
6. When the event takes place \ no more bets allowed (Date & Time)

People Joining the Bet
1. Must have enough points (Enter in the amount of points you want to wager)
2. You can take up the amount or LESS (Not more) So if the creator has 1000 point bet.. other users bought 700 of those points, then you can only buy up to 300 points

Declaring the Winner
1. Person creating the bet OR people who joined the bet can declare a winner. The points are not paid out until AT LEAST 2 people declare the same winner or XX hours goes by.
2. You can dispute just like Marketplace.. We?ll deduct the points if they have them.

1% of all winning bets goes to PokerOwned so only 99% is paid out (Admin fee since I have to settle disputes)

If you are restricted, you cannot use

sounds very confusing to me lol....but I am up for any new promos I enjoy the promos and they spice up the game a little....Im sure I would figure this out if it were added

That was just me diagraming the flow..

Basically you could make a bet:

I bet that at least 7 walkers will get killed in tonights episode of "The Walking Dead"

Amount of points Im putting up: 700



Now people who want to take that bet, there's 700 points up for grabs

User 1: 100 pts
User 2: 20 pts
User 3: 5 pts
User 4: 300 pts
(There is 425 out of 700 points already used up, so 275 point still can be bet by other users)

Make sense?

Yeah that makes a lot more since....would be an exciting upgrade to let people bet on things outside of poker. sorry didn't mean to cause you more work just to explain to me lol....I think that is something I would for sure participate in depending on what we were betting on I just like to bet .

yes! & nice! but as far as walking dead/ tv shows
they get leaked out prior to release just as easy a download so would be careful betting on those
