    Right, if we put in the wording Paypal is not allowed, people willl stop using it. Just like when we all say don't trade outside the system, everyone stayed within it. Good point.

    The biggest flaw is the problem you have with LCD, multii-accounting. I've posted this multiple times in different threads recently, but I really believe that new members should not be allowed to use MP or LS until they verify their account. I know it won't prevent multi-accounts completely, but it will be a serious deterrent. It seems pretty simple that if you let noobs trade without verifying, they will find someone to trade with them, build a small but decent rep, and then they can start scamming if it's one of the known scammers. If they flat out can't use the MB, or this new system, it will be a much larger red flag to keep other members from doing business with them.

    scamming has to be contained one way or another. maybe mods can act as intermediaries on larger trades
