If he was gonna start scamming again he would have just created a new account - we have had plenty of people here who have gotten in way over their heads in debts or have scammed (just look at all the paypal shit recently) but tried and succeeded in making it right. He's getting a very short leash.

Beyond the scamming he was an ass to everyone at the tables and made every table he was at miserable with his incessant ridicule.

ALL THE TIME people moan about scammers
"why let them back" etc
then soon as one shows even a lil bit of guilt ure all like "awww forgive him let him back" get scammed again n all hell breaks loose

way i see it u want best of both worlds which aint gunna happen
u either have a zero tolerance on scammers or u let them "make amends" :|

personally if it was me and my site id let him back without chat/posting privileges until everyone is paid (u make a note of who he owes etc in here show him the thread let him pay back)
then ban him again

i dont think he wants to make amends really i think hes just out of poker funds and wants to try earning some free shit again

If they let you back on the site or not, the right thing to do is pay back the very nice people here who helped you and gave you their hard-earned money. It is hard for people to give strangers money so they can play poker and have a good time for free.

This site is HUGE for giving people 2nd chances so please pay back, then I am pretty sure they will let you back to frolic
