well if u made the left margin smaller for everything from top to bottom of the main page may be a hassle. maybe just descrease the width of the seperator by ~10%

I think either way is fine. Change is good. There is nothing wrong with trying new things once in awhile. I'm sure we will all get use to it.

there is but its a CSS edit and not quick thanks to vbulletin putting that code in new area locked into CMS. Use firefox script monkey if really needed

I hate it, if I want to see what's recently posted I can just flip to channel 2. This just makes the screen too cluttered. If you want a separate section listing what people have recently posted, create a separate section someplace else on the page. Of course, I don't think that's necessary, because, once again, we can just look at Channel 2.
