Carbon Transfers -- Expect Delays

Long story short, I ordered the rest of the tournaments this month because my affiliate manager is going on vacation. $1350 worth..

They took the balance from my 'available' balance:


[5:53:23 PM] Carbon: $1350 that is owed for games
[5:54:30 PM] Zab: can you do it from the restricted balance?
[5:54:40 PM] Zab: Restricted by Recent Transfers $1,575.00
Available for Withdrawal $360.33
[5:54:46 PM] Zab: can you take it all from the restrictred balance?
[5:54:55 PM] Zab: the available i need to do transfers to players
Restricted by Recent Transfers $585.33
Available for Withdrawal $0.00

[6:21:37 PM] Zab: any chance you can move the restricted to Available.. else i wont be able to send players funds for another 2-3 days
[6:22:42 PM] Carbon: I didnt think that number was going to be effected, the way that i deductd the funds, sorry about that.
[6:37:09 PM] Carbon: Unfortunately, there is noting that I can do accept make transfers for you at this point. I will give you a player host email address incase you cant get ahold of me.



So.. I will have to submit transfers 1-2 times per day for the next 2-3 days until my 'restricted' funds are available again.

You do a good job when things get hectic. It is nice you keep us in the know when crap happens. Then we can deal with it, just like you are forced to.
