Background Check Upgrade

For the love of god, if people keep getting scammed after this upgrade, it's YOUR OWN DAMN FAULT.

While this is fresh in my head, here's my ideas for this upgrade (This will push back the PO Madness and Achievement upgrades)

- Under the trade center there will be a new link called "Background check". From there, you can type in someone's name and it will reveal the following information:

1) The users name
2) The users sign up date (Member since)
3) If they have been phone, IP verified (Passed our security)
4) What the Mod's rate the users 1-5 with Comments *** See Below ***
5) Their loan history (Times defaulted, points loaned etc.. All the stuff you can see in Loan Shark)
6) Any other accounts they might have (Like the loan shark)
7) All NEGATIVE feedback listed first
8) All POSITIVE feedback listed last


*** If the user has no Mod rating, you can request that the Mods rate someone. This will send the users to the Mod 'powers' page where the Mod's can rate the users with a score of 1-5 based on what they have observed about this user:

1- Be very careful about trading anything with this user, he's either to new (2 months or less) or has a history of trouble
2- User has had issues in the past, but seems to be trying to make things better. Be careful
3- Neutral, we simply don't know this user very well or their trade history, be careful
4- Very good history, the only reason they didn't get a 5 was most likely they haven't been a member long enough
5- Excellent user, I'd trade them my mothers virginity

The mods will also be able to add comments such as "Usually pays his debts, but can sometimes be late"

ZAB still need some kind of ability to see a record of how many times stakes/paid back etc, i dont know how you could manage that on here or what but would be useful

how about you get their social security number and run a credit check and criminal check too..see if any outstanding warrants are out on the person or the person credit score score is below 600..maybe that will help too..or just ban the idiots who scam, 1st time offense gone

nah i mean it is all you can do, it came off wrong with the omgz lol sorry, just a way to track what i mentioned above could help. i mean other than loan shark stats you know? a deeper digging of tracking stakes/loans and amount paid back or something
