They say restricted

Essentially excluding sneaks (Former sneaks)

Now when sneaks enter, I can add them to the list.

I THINK it takes about a week or so to get them on, also a week or so to get people off.

Bottom line: Don't sneak or you will lose a good 1-2 weeks of free roll action
