So both a larger prize pool and more amount of games isnt an option? Too bad, haha. I'm guessing larger prize pools require more points? Personally I am a fan of larger prize pools I guess but I mean I think you could make a decent judgment if you have the stats for the number of people in each tournament? I'd be happy either way you go.

Go for a bigger prize pool because this way more people will notice your tourney and join PO
