1 Man Brings Down the Poker Empires

Daniel Tzvetkoff set up the payment processing used by the biggest poker sites to handle their (mostly illegal) transactions.

He made Full Tilt Poker and Poker Stars millions of dollars, while he himself was bring in some $150,000 a day, then got greedy and started skimming money. They sued him, accusing Tzvetkoff of taking more than $100 million of the poker clients money.

Last year in April, the government was tipped off that Tzvetkoff would be in the USA, he was arrested in Las Vegas and charged. As an Australian citizen with a lot of cash, he was considered a flight risk and denied bail.

Prosecutors last August had a secret meeting in which he was out on bail, things turned around for the poker site owners as Daniel Tzvetkoff gave the Dept of Justice everything on a silver plater.

Knowing the ins and outs of how the processing transactions work, said it was possible to back track them to its original source. Instead of going for the rich big fish, the Governement is going for the many little fish.

The sad part of all this, it was either someone from Full Tilt Poker or Pokerstars who let the FBI know he was coming to town last year.

How many of you wish this was the old day of Vegas? Daniel Tzvetkoff would be 2 feet under a pile of sand or part of the foundation of a new casino on the strip.

I also got news they was thinking to banned gambling in EU too, taht would be suck. And kind of feeling sad that US got banned. Got many friends from there.

Alot of people hate this man right now. I don't know if I want him buried under a pile of sand or part of the foundation of a new casino but if he pissed off the wrong guy with a little to much money frozen in his account he may find himself in a similar position lol.

discin frog was too optimistic i fear yea hard to beeileive reallly. I never thoguht it would get this badd well hopfully it can only get better from here,, altho i was thinkin tnite mite just uninstall fulltilt and pstars for now,, now that wwe cant even play the freerolls startin tday saddd
