Upgrade Idea - Donkey Derby -

Help me think this through, or see if it even sounds like fun...

Kaos wants it called "Donkey Derby"

- Sort of works like Last Longer Betting except you cannot bet on yourself!! You have to choose a Donkey (Someone that is in the next tournament)

- First come first serve, whoever picks that Horse first gets it

- Prize Pool added to each race (So I could add 50 pts to start it out for each race)

- 10 point entry or something that is added to the prize pool

- Top place or top 3 places paid???

- Can only pick a horse if you are opted in

- Have to pick a horse before the tourney starts

Maybe even have prize for last place finisher.

Lets face it there are a few people here you would definately pick to finish last rather than first

So it would ensure that even the less desirable horses get backed too

And theres nothing like watching your outsider pull a miracle win out of the bag

edit: nvm, I think the first come first serve implies that we choose a single donkey.

I could add odds.. and make it sort of a progressive prize pool.. Dedicate some of the points from kill the sneaks.

There will ALWAYS be 1 sneak here and there, but the points can go way down.

Prize pool..

Whoever are the best ITM % you win LESS a % of the prize pool for picking that donkey.

So it might look like this

Player A ITM% 38 % of Prize Pool you would win: 68%
Player B ITM% 20 % of Prize Pool you would win: 88%

Get it?

Yes it would have to be progressive. There would be carry over prize pools (If no one selects the donkey that wins)

I never have enough points to get down on this but if I did this is an awesome idea. The only thing is this, I see a lot of the same names winning these tourney's. So to the newbies get in there and play!!!

Since it's progressive.. I could make it so you don't need any points to enter OR make it like 10 or something small to increase the prize pool?
