Using and Purchasing Coupons for Carbon Poker Tournaments:

Why are we switching from passwords to coupons on Carbon Poker?
By changing to 100% coupons on Carbon Poker, we COMPLETELY eliminate sneaks. Since the coupon is issued to the exact Carbon Screen Name, it is virtually impossible to sneak!

The other reason is, lag no longer effects you entering a tournament. You can enter the tournament up to 24 hours in advance.

Very nice! How do I purchase a Coupon?
On the main page where the tournaments are listed, instead of the old spot where it said "opt in" you will now be presented with "buy coupon". Basically you are buying 1 coupon entry into ANY PokerOwned tournament.

So does this mean for every tournament I need to buy a specific Coupon?
NO! Your coupon is good for ANY PokerOwned tournament and doesn't expire!

How often are coupons sent from the site to us?
Coupons are sent automatically at 30, 45, 55, 59, 04, 08, past the hour (You can see we try TWICE after Late Registration begins). So 30 would mean 10:30, 11:30, 12:30 etc.

What if I per-registered for tournament then forgot to actually play?
Coupon tournaments do not get refunds. It is impossible to tell if you were there or not and we cannot verify it. The bottom line is, if you joined a tournament \ got dealt cards, there is no refund.

You CAN DE-register before the tournament starts though and get your coupon back!

How do I know how many coupons I have left? Can I have more than 1?
YES!

Simply login to your Carbon account then click PLAYER ADMIN

Next, click MY ACCOUNT then TOURNEY ENTRY COUPONS

Last, on the right hand side it will give you the status for all your coupons. When they were purchased and their current status
