I'm no lawyer but after reading the letter it sounds like they really want you to take down the links. Doesn't mean you still can't offer the freerolls and promotions. In any case, I would think you'd be okay if you just blocked people from NJ (and maybe DE and NV) from accessing this site. Obviously you probably need to discuss this with your own lawyers though.

Looks like Zab is playing it safe, just like Poker Stars did to make sure that he will have a place in the new evolving US market. I understand what's going on. Of course it royally sucks. The traffic here is going to take a huge hit, but I'll still check in, just not several times a day like I do now. Whenever things straighten themselves out enough to start back up with the new PO, I will be back on a regular basis.

There are a lot of great people here that I will miss seeing around on a regular basis, and I hope that most will come back once the US market figures shit out.

I also want to give a big THANK YOU to Zab, for making such an awesome site that helped out so many of us. Because of you, I will be able to keep playing because of the bankrolls I've built up from the freerolls here. I also appreciate that you will still honor redeems, cause I'll be sending some your way! I know this is a huge hit to you. I hope that things recover quickly enough and that you can bring PO back bigger and better than ever here over the next few months/years.

Personally, I don't understand why people are upset with Zab, etc because it seems to me, that it is entirely out of his control. If these sites don't want to function legally, that isn't something he can control. the goal of this new regulation from nj is to keep profits in the usa and by doing that usa makes the money and the sooner online poker will be accessible in all states = and truefully merge never did anything but take my money and glad they do not have us anymore they are done = as far as zab goes he found away around it and he did a great job now he has to try and use his abilities within the new laws and i am sure he will - ive seen people saying they have 20 dolllars left to play with come on that is sad do something else until we are able to play legally or go to a casino this summer and join real games

This is pretty bad news. I can understand why people are upset. I will miss playing in the freerolls on acr because it was a fun way to supplement a bankroll. Oh well, there is nothing that could be done about it given the legal situation so I understand. It just sucks.

hey guys, this is actually not true. no offense to Zab, but i work for winning network, and they will not be banning anybody. What they will be doing is not allowing any new sign ups shortly.

As long as your already a player there, you will be fine. Zab you need to do more research first, or know the right people!

LOL right...... thin edge of the wedge Sir. YOU need to consult Lawyers before you misrepresent yourself or a network you claim to work for. Should what ZAB has said be proven true, AND you in fact DO work for a network, then you have made both yourself, and the network you claim to work for liable for any and all subsequent losses incurred by anyone heretofore.

Then again.... how serious can a "first post" made by a "new account" be taken? And why would you, if you do in fact work for a Network, not contact ZAB directly? I smell a fish.

I was right. The odour of fish was strong with that one as background check quickly proved. He's banned now btw.......
