Use ONE account, and it better be your loyalty account or you will miss out on the tourneys + harder to reach those progressive prize pools

I still don?t understand all of this. I have only a Carbon account (but signed up in the past not through PO).
To be able to participate in the Loyality Programm I have to sign up for a new Room (aced or PDC) and then only play with this account ? With a new name ?

Yes to be able to participate in the loyalty program you will need to dl one of the other sites through here.
