Well, This is unlucky...
I picked up AA on the button for the first hand in the tournament. Everyone folds to the button. BB is sitting out. SB is live. I raised to 3x blind. SB pushes all-in. I called...
Guess what's on the turn. Yes, SB spiked that T.
What a suck out hand. This is the first tournament I paid points to get into... that's that.... kinda fast...

I guess he had 1010 since you didn't say. Still, I feel for you buddy, at least it isn't that common to go broke with Aces on the first hand. And hey, you'll get more points and another shot at this.
-
It definitely happens, and it sucks when its you holding the busted aces. Everyone here has gone through that on more than one occassion. I've been on both sides. I've been the donk to bust aces by flopping quads while holding 72os, and I've lost count of how many times my aces have been busted. Just gotta roll with the punches, and get to the next game or hand, depending on the situation.

Hey, I like your certified dumbass certificate. It looks really funny.
-
yeah, i like the certified dumbass. exactly which dumbass school can you get that at
-
If it was 1010 vs AA, this seems pretty standard, cant fault the guy for thinking he has the best hand. just unlucky for your AA
-
that's what I is jus a guessing game

Happens constantly. Nothing you could really do there.

welcome to the club, its poker.

The story continues! Today on my 2nd tournament that I paid points. I picked up AA vs Q7s all-in preflop. My opp spiked Q two times. That's just my luck!
Statistically speaking AA losing 2 times in a row is just 3%!
Why is it not the 97% I can at least win once!
Hehehe.... You tell me.
