yes u can request a refund if u miss it
Pokerowned freerolls will always filled up in Full Tilt Poker, so you don't need to worry.
If you miss to registered in the tournament you will get your refund back
I can't see them not getting at least 20 players,,,wish we USA players could still play...

ive already player a few but had a little misfortune so i dont play as much as i should

This is good to know. I haven't been playing the Cake freerolls because I didn't want to lose my points if it didn't fill up. Glad to see that we can get a refund if we miss the tourney.
