Thanks for the info.
omg! i REALLY wish i KNEW to sign up through PO to the poker sites i play on for the rakeback and so i could play the BIGGER FR's!! i NVR get to play the 500$ and 2k$ fr's on BCP! it sucks sooo bad!
thanks for the info man, this will come in handy, just recently went broke so im back to grinding the good ol FRs
re raising is the hardest thing to learn. id rather just go all in from the get go
just my way of thinking
You are awesome guy to do such a tool for all newbie (maybe for many skilled members as well)! I will raise my hand up for you :)
Amen!
yeah tilt problems and pushing too light at the end of tournaments are two things i used to struggle with alot
pushing late in a tourament is very risky and sometimes will put you on the rail watching instead of play inthe hand so be causious and remember that someone will put you allin in a min if they have a good hand
things i wish i could have known.. maybe have someone to listen to when i first started out. i think having someone tell you where you should apply your game is important
its almsot like having a coach, if i had someone tell me that i should have read more and played less i think i would have been a diffferent player in some areas.
Yeah I have to say great thread! Needed the info
There are so many things i am still learning about this site and I have been here for quite awhile.
well time to use my freeroll money to hopefully win this tourney for 75.00 that would be a good start to a free bank roll
Hello all
this is a great thread alot of useful info :)
Thanks for the info!
yeaa really tho wish i knew then nwhat ik kno now i woulda raked all of those wannabees back then poker
I definitely wish I knew this as well. Thanks for the post
Thank you very much for this helpful and informative info for us newbies to here! I've been playing poker for a while, but am new to this particular group and love the chance to earn the points for using in the FR's!
I agree, this thread is one of the best threads. There are several more good ones, here to get started reading too.
Bet sizing was my biggest thing ive learned that i wish i knew when i first started .. i thought call , fold and all in was it lol
Great list! very interesting hope everything goes well
miss you allheart... you deserve 25 pts for that thread Wicked
BEST on-going thread, there is here on poker owned ( PO , on chat board ) , in the beginners section. i have to keep coming back to read more, but the re-reading of the same posts, gets boring at times. LOL :)
why are you posting the same thing over and over? what the hell you know now that you used to not know?
this was a good thread u needa make more except with detailed strategies for situations in poker
one thing I've learned is that Donkey Bets jynx me.... I won 1st place in a $35 Carbon PokerOwned game two nights ago... No donkey bets... I put up two donkey bets in the noon tourney today and got bad beat twice...
I wish I would have found this site before I signed up at the poker rooms so I could get extra points from signing up through here!
thanks for the guide, definitely a great write up for anyone looking to be more active in the pokreowned
I actually started reading through this in more depth, and I'm really kicking myself for not reading this all from day one!
If I could go back in time, I would not hear about poker owned.
Yes there are alot of great things here.. thats why i keep coming back!:D
If I could go back in time, I would play more freerolls and take advantage of this sick opportunity while it lasts
I know, I know. Beggers shouldn't be choosers. Just wish there wasn't so much disappointment on here, I am grateful for it though, for now at least.
i wish i would know now not to play Omaha 1/2 while smoking crack, i would be a rich man rather than getting paranoid every single hit of crack and calling off my money.
If I could turn back the hands of time, I would have tried a little harder to improve at big bet games.
wtf
