Sometimes you dont get credit for your points right away
i don't get credit for surveys several times myself
I'm not sure about some of 'em, been waiting awhile for points myself.
I know the points sometimes drop a little later on some sites, but you should get them
How long should we wait before we pursue the issue further?
Im curious to see what the sites say if you contact them.. Which site is it? Are they still pending?
If you click on 'missing poker owned points?' it should show the ones u have done in there and have a status next to them. A lot of mine say, 'viewed - unconfirmed'. Anyone have any idea what this means?
Most of mine from tapjoy say 'viewed - pending' but i don't know what any of it means. my guess is that unconfirmed means that theyre processing it, and pending means its on their list... but i have no idea. also, the getgambit section has an offer status section as well. most of mine are in the 'in progress' section and i finished them all between 12-1 this afternoon.
Let's see what happens tomorrow. I'll ask my contact as well

What is my Offer Status?
Each time you click an offer, a new transaction (Tapjoy ID) is generated regardless if the offer is completed or not. The "offer status" reflects the current state of the offer:
* Viewed - Pending: The transaction has been initiated but not confirmed as completed by the advertiser, either because the user did not complete the offer, or the completion has not fully processed. The normal wait time to credit has NOT expired.
* Viewed - Unconfirmed: The transaction has been initiated but not confirmed as completed by the advertiser, either because the user did not complete the offer, or the completion has not fully processed. The normal wait time to credit has expired.
* Viewed - CS-Review: The offer completion is currently under review by Tapjoy Customer Service.
* Credited - CS-Credit: The offer has been manually credited by Tapjoy Customer Service. Our records show the user's game account has been credited.
* Credited - Auto-Credit: The offer has been confirmed completed by the advertiser and auto-credited. Our records show the user's game account has been credited.

All of the ones that were still unconfirmed haven't changed, so I'm guessing I didn't do something right or maybe they were offers from an advertiser I had already used. Either way, from now on (especially on big ones) I'm gonna take a screenshot or save any confirmation info so I can submit a complaint. I suggest everyone does the same.Quote:

i have the same problem, thanks godness didn't give my phone number , so i am ok. for the emails just put them on SPAM and you get rid of them

For my country there is no surveys at all. btw I live in Estonia!

haha what do you mean fraud issues? i have trouble believing that users from the US dont try to cheat the surveys

let you add a certain amount of points, or is it unlimited? because I give some points immediately and then I add more. Why??
