it takes some time but if you read faqs and guides then you will be fine.

check the home page for the free rolls and how many POints to enter then go to offer walls and click radioloyalty listen to music while you go post 5 times in any part on the forums then go back and click some offers

Like a few others said, get familiar with the FAQs and it'll help you get a hang of the site.
i ask alot of question on the form and normally get the answers right away.
