I was doing pretty well untill i donked off all my chips on a nut flush draw.

Thank you.... I've still have a lot to learn!! But man ohh man it would of been sweet if i had hit my card.
I don't know if this happens for anyone else, but I can place people on cards or hands really well when I'm not in the hand, but once the addreneline and the heart starts going, I can't think as clearly.
I guess that is part of the game that someday I'll learn to control better.
Good luck and do not mind the chatter. It is mostly harmless. LOL. Smoke some pot. It helps with the rapid thinking syndrome.

how do you like bovada? how soft is their game these days? i've heard different stories.
I like bovada, I think the software is sleek and pleasing to look at. There is no HUD, so that is a downer as someday I would like to make use of it during my play. They also give you a welcome bonus. To qualify for it you have to accumulate 50 point s in 60 days. Each time you post a blind or put money in a pot in a cash game you get .05 points and if you play a sit and go you get .30 points. I just barely cleared my bonus in time and I just got my $10 bonus on a $20 deposit. Had I accumulated more points I would have qualified for a bigger bonus, up to 100%.
I am finding the players at the 2/5 cent pretty difficult to play against. Having said that I should tell you I've only been playing for 6 months. I've read two of Skalansky's books and one by Negreanu and I also watch a ton of youtube tutorials. But as of right now I'm only up $1.30. I hope to soon get better to play better and hopefully beat the micros more often.
The action on the site is really slow during the morning and afternoon and then picks up around 5pm or so. So you can mulitable during those later hours but it might be too slow to mulitable in the morning as there aren't enough players to fill out the tables. The sit and gos seem to fill up fairly rapidly throught the day, so that is good.
Yeah bovada is not bad just wish it would be easier to deposit on bovada though
Well you finished 15th in your first game, look at it this way you weren't the first to go. WTG though on your first tourney and if you play the carbon games Ill see ya there. Good luck on the felts!
aww man thats sucks you surely do better next time.. re- the bust out hand 9xout of 10 its the right play( FE ftw!) but most donks dont know how to lay town tp/mp and the like so it seems like a gamle ulululullulul

Ok just did my second freeroll on this time on black chip and placed 4th. I'm diggin the freerolls.
so mad at myself just played in my first freeroll at Lock and came in 4th. I received $2 and started playing the sit n go tourneys was having some good success at the 6 handed ones and building my BR and then I started playing the heads up sit n go tourneys and lost all my BR. Extremely upset man I just need to be smarter with my BR and I will be a very profitable poker player I just know it!
hope to get in there asap to play my first FR thru PO :)
Congrats on the 4th in the freeroll, thats sucks about the heads up play. I know that has got to be the weakest part of my game.
congratulations on the free roll heads up is the most skilled part of the game imo
