Become good friends with the fold button.
There can be no correct answer to this. It depends on a number of factors like no and type of players, position, stack size etc....
Works well at the final table when one on one. Other than that, I prefer not to give insight on my gameplay. Many people do raise all in with this tho. Ace s Aces Aces
You dont overplay them because there are so many hands that are going to be crushing you. Not a great hand to call all in with, but it seems to work for a lot of people.....
just call pr? flop ou u can raise if its suited and pray for good flop
BB check and see and wait he flop or call a min raise
just wait for the flop before u start to bet if a comes out fod
KQ kkk
Fold 'em, that is my suggestion. I never win with KJ or KQ.
KQ vs TT flop K J A TURN 9 RIVER Q :@:@:@:@:@ shit

SB and BB call or check in the early position raise...in the UTG and midle fold :)
A k is betther than K J ,all in ever it
:cool:Calling someone first to raise is trickier:cool:
Depends on your position, if you kno anyone at the table and or how they play. Also it depends on if you want action from the hand or you want to jus collect the blinds. I don't normally play K J too often compared to K Q. Good luck on the felts. *hugs*
It depends on many variables such as the type of game, # of players, chip stack/cash on table. The EV is slightly higher if KQ or KJ is suited, too.
it is simple, kig high is good for late position,i most the time limp or maybe some times raise with it in starting position, always fold if some guy raise and befor u or after u there a 3bet,it is no good.
always begginers think king quin or king jack is a good hand, yeah it is if u flop something and in freerolls.
but KIng high is a shitty hand when you play in micro stake in stars and definatlly in real tornoment or SNGs
so i strongly suggest just play that hand in late position if no one raises before u,and start getting used to fold it real fast
i forgot if u have these kind of questions the best thing i can tell you read a mathematical poker book like haringtons on holdem V 1 and 2 and 3,after that u have all the answers for playing any card in any positions,
good luck my man
some ppl OPEN fold kj, and kq especially when they are multi tabling, they figure why play a marginal hand when you are playing 9 tablesat once, you dont need to gamble as much, it cuts down the variance.
Play relaxe.... Because it not sure to have a KQ or KJ on the table!
alot of good advice here,i never have much luck with them .the jack kicker is what will screw yu,seems like yu have that someone got the q
you need to see some time which cards are frecuently to open so take care about what cards u will pay
These are obviously nut hands and u should be all in. Especially if I have Ace anything and I'm at your table lol
fold Kj to everything and rarely play KQ
its impossible that opponet have 60% kk when you ahve kj kq :D play it if suited and if not play it for straights :p
Some of this advice is good and some is very opinonated...depending on your position at the table, your chip stack, and others chip stacks, size of blinds etc...but KQ,KJ,K10,Q10,J10,are all hands that if you can see a flop with, especially in mid and late positions in my own opinion are hands I would definately want to see flops with. Just dont get married to them,if you have like KJ and a king comes on the flop You bet and get raised..well you just might be up against a better kicker thats all.Hands that I mainly see people overplaying are Ace rag...Them are the hands that I get in the most trouble with.If I play an A rag and spike an ace on the flop I find myself wanting to bet and call and even knowing that after Ive been raised Im most likely outkicked I find myself calling just because I have an ace...but I personally hate ace rag unless we are down to a few people.Even if it is suited.
In early position I would fold them and in late position I would raise
funny shit.....obv u will see where on the table u are to be plahying those easy dominated hands!!! always if ur unsure about hands try to lose the min amount of which u could lose,,,,meaning try to control the size of the pot....but again if you happen to have kj kq 10/10 times whoever ur playing with will blow their load and force u out of the pot......imo the best way to play the hand is to really only call small bet or open with the hand....and still if opened i would not go broke with it!!!
haha classic.
as with every hand it depends on your situation
every hand it depends on situation
its v.dicy if u call an allin with these u may get lucky or lose not as reliable as ak or aq but if u playing with it first it maby gud idea to 2 bet with these.
you always want to raise with these hands...and procceed to play with caution....obv if you get re raised its a automatic fold... the more you play the better you will get.. just stick to it bud
i think most of the time they win just make sure your always getting the people with bad hands out by raising preflop for a start
People play KJ and KQ? I guess it depends on your own personal range and position. They are called trouble hands for a reason though.....
It really doesnt matter , it seems that so many people are playing thus making the frequency for donks to be readily available to take your chips lol
I prefer KQ and to play kJ sometimes u can conect this hand to make a straight or flush
