You need to link you carbon screen name to here. That way the coupon is sent to the right name and you get to play.
You have to use the nickname, had the same problem before but if you do the username it just will get cancelled anyways and you get refunded
Just be sure to place your Carbon name in your profile.For any poker rooms you need to have your username listed on the profile.
how do you find your username on bovada so i can list it here? I also had the same issue with the carbon username/nickname thing.
