I agree with being patient. It's better to pick your spots and slowly stack up. I understand how people riding the clock can annoy others and sometimes I'm rolling my eyes at it, too lol. Though I'm also at times multi-tasking and don't manage to make my decision on time. Anyway it's a tourney and you have to accept whatever "BS" opponents throw at you :D If you're tilted by something like clock riding then it's only gonna make your play worse.
It helps to have something else to do.

I think of it as a chess game. All the aggressive crazy people get taken out early (pons) while the rest sit back and collect their dues for being patience.
