So IMO it was probably the casinos fault(not saying the did it on purpose) There are times when humans make errors or are just plain lazy my guess is who ever reset the decks didnt do it right

Right it was a cash table. Point was it was almost certainly a player that caused it ... not the house. When a deck is introduced at the tables, the standard operating procedure is for the dealer to spread out all the cards and count them.Quote:

If I was at the table I would be suspicious of the two players with the ace. Human nature to put those two at the top of the list. Thing is the ace wasn't necessarily introduced that hand... check the tape before you start lynching.
Somebody snuck that Ace in. I don't think the casino did, even though it is possible.
