don't know if i could fold to his shove on the river...
That's an obvious terrible suckout, but i have a question none-the-less, you only had a two pair with a below average flush draw going into the river, why were you still in the hand at the river?
K96K, still wonder why you even call with this hand from beginning? LoL
I have to agreed with swedish flag player there have a much better hand.
auch. that's got to hurt :(
You guys don\'t even know how the hand played out... he checked the flop and bet the minimum 0.25 into $4 on turn. getting 16 to 1 to see the river ... and when it came he shoved ... i don\'t know how i could fold it.
I have a question, would you consider floping top set with 3 suits, and the other guy hitting a flush a cooler?
That makes no sense. i understand the flop check because he holds all the cards that could have hit it has he has the other 2 Jacks and an eight. But i dont believe someone could check the flop bet 25cent on turn and shove $20 on river. How can someone play so slowly then shove all in for 5 times pot.
i don't really consider it a suckout unless we were all in preflop... but it's not the best river to hit.
Even if its all in pre its like 58% vs 42% so wouldnt have been much of a suckout.
Yeah, almost impossible to fold to a shove on the river there. You think he could have a flush or even a jacks over kings boat, but tough to figure him for quads. I would like to see the earlier betting in the hand though, just to see if you should still have been in to the river.
i never said it was , i prefer his hand over mine preflop. but what i am saying is u cant fold on that river.
this is why i hate playing omaha.. too many variables
Having read how the hand played out, ya it would be hard to get away on the river ... so yes a cooler
Still a trouble hand to begin with and one I'd likely fold pre since you are in MP.
KK part is tempting to play but the 9 creates a big gap then the 6 another big gap. So the 4 cards don't work together ... unless you flop a king you're likely behind with crap redraws.
Suckout?????? Opp slow played quads to get the most value. Worked in his favor, unfortunate for you, you hit the Kings full on river.
But the Opp line makes no sense. Someone who is smart enough to not prematurely ejaculate and bet the flop, then small bet turn looking for value, would never shove all in on river as if hes so worried about getting value he would know that considering he has the other 2 Jacks hes only getting called by someone holding KK.
The whole hand as rckt describes doesnt make sense. So either the person he was playin soul read rckt had KK, the person he was playin was pretty bad or rckt is telling us the wrong actions that went on.
