When you opt and and don't make it in the game, you can request a refund here: http://www.pokerowned.com/forums/freerollrefund.php
Be sure to put the id exactly as it is in your points history and leave out the #

Have the lobby on PS open and ready to register, refresh the countdown page when there is about a minute left to reduce lag, copy and paste it ( I know it says not to, just try it )
