PokerOwned buyin tournament?

I think there should be like $1.10 or $2.20 weekly private tournament setup on Carbon for members of the PokerOwned forum. I don't know if anyone else would be interested but I would like to see this happen. Maybe a little bit of money added too =)

I would think its a good idea to make tourneys with small buyin and Money added.
Like pro-hosted Blog tourney. 1,10$ buyin and 100$ added.That would be great , but on Fulltilt please.

$100 added for a $1.10 might be a little too much. I was thinking a $2.20 buyin, no rebuys or addons, $25 added. If we get enough people to participate down the road then maybe $50 added. I think bounty tournaments would be a lot of fun too. $2.20 buyin, $1 goes to the bounty prizepool and $1 goes to the overall tournament prizepool. Just posting some thoughts =)

Sound like an interesting idea. Would love to participate if it is at an appropriate starting time for Europeans

We haven't a buy-in tournaments since black friday.

Maybe $1.10 on Fri. and Sat. night on Carbon and leave the rest as point buy in.

I would play in buy in games at either Carbon or Full Tilt, provided they are No Limit Hold Em games.

A cash buy-in sounds good on carbon. Would def play in the game.

I think a bounty tournament would be pretty neat. Just keep posting ideas you guys have and hopefully we might get something.

Well considering the turnout for freerolls is only sitting at around 33-38 people not sure there would be enough to make it worth the creating a buy in

who knows, it was just an idea. i think it could draw out maybe 10-15 people

I understand but I really doubt that I used to partake in a lot bigger forum and they could barely draw 20 people for the buy ins and they had like 60-70 in their freerolls.

Good point. And a Mon night or thurs. would probably be better.

yeah i understand what you're trying to say pokerdemon. it's worth a shot though, i think it would be fun either way regardless of how many people sign up. if Zab creates something like this then i think we should do the game maybe on the weekend when people are mainly off work. also make the time suitable for the Europeans too

I wpold have to win more in order to join a buy-in game. I refuse to make a deposit at any poker site.

a buy in or added game on carbon would be a good ideea. maybe we will have one in the future, who knows...

the black friday has covered a lot of buyins tourneys couse of the owners can deposit

i think we shud go 6 days with no freerolls on ftp....and then have a 150$ restricted one. would probebly attract alot of new members if u put the tounrey up durin that week.

I would surely play any buy ins that were held at sites that allow us American'ts still. The play is better also if there is no re-buys, but bounties are cool too

what would be wrong with only a 10 to 15 people turn out? Another forum im with makes it a 2.70 buyin and all the extras(50 cents) goes towards a leader board freeroll at the end of each month for the top 20. But then again they are running a game every night with 8 to 15 showing up. But they also dont offer any freerolls. Cant any1 create a private game there?
