I really like this post. It has a lot of good points. My favorite is that AA KK QQ are just one pair. I see people overvalue these hands they get " married " to them and can't let them go.
It's about time to take a couple days off and clear your head mentally and study your game. I like to go over my old hands and evaluate my play and read poker material. Come back with a clear head and more positive motivation.
if you drop stakes your just going to see more beats, as online poker people play all sorts of hands happens in all levels. the lower levels i think are a lot worst. might just make this feel 10 fold on ya. i know for me i used to have a bigger BR and the smallest i played was 1/2. So its pretty hard for me to get used to the smaller tables. GL

Yeah what are you supposed to do then not play the best hands in the deck? No!!! That's not the problem. The problem is that these are freerolls and no one respects a bet for its value. People will call ANYTHING HOPING TO HIT!! So putting a lot of value in the best hands in the deck isn't bad or your fault. Its the retarded donkeys that call you!!!
Like your snap call of AQ, when I limp UTG in the 1st orbit of the FR on Carbon? I limp UTg and you raise to 140 after another limper calls. You get cold called by a station and I reship 70bbs down your throat and AQ is a snap? You talk a lot of smack..... (QQ btw.)
