Anybody have any suggestions for playing Limit Holdem 6 Max. I play .25 .5 and have been winning fairly consistently but not too long ago ran into a couple losing streaks. i know this is almost certainly just one of the swings but i wanna see if there's anyway to enhance my game. im speaking about any ideas you may have about any aspect of the game.
Patience is your key. Mental stability is a must, and weaves out good poker players from the bad. Often you may hit a good streak and get cocky, but then see you've lost half your stack. Don't slack off, and don't be afraid to take breaks from time to time, clear your mind, etc.
Limit hold can be THE MOST FRUSTRATING game on the planet. You cannot bet people out of pots and people just chase and chase and chase. Especially at those low limits. Sigh719 is right, PATIENCE
Yea thats what I hate about it people contantly chase chase chase!
Everybody in this game just chases mad. Not really sure about any strategies. You should read some books about it

Limit Holdem the best limit for me i like thats limit but players on this limit is veri big fish and lucky thats is very bad for good players

Limit is most stupid type of poker game,at any stakes all players calling on everything...
Read some good poker books on limit. Even old ones are still relevant as i think more change has happened in nl cash games with the internet gaming. And play higher limits, i know it may not be possible but why waste time on that small of a stake? go 1/2 or 2/4 still fairly low. I prefer playing limit hold em live but try to stick to 4/8 or 6/12 and hit n run that to 8/16. 2/4 live is a waste of time and 3/6 can be fun if its a kill game.
