Gave the .01/.02/.10 PL Stud game a shot today on Carbon. did not play alot of hands, and chose spots wisely...turned 4 bucks into 12. Quite happy with that seeing I have a Micro BR. Anyone who can play calmly and pick proper spots to be aggressive I highly suggest this game. Very soft so far!

The non-holdem games on Merge are very soft, especially PL Omaha.

IMO you have to be dam lucky in omaha cause there are way too many chasers that WONT fold if they have a draw..
I've played it a few times and as long as you avoid the PO sharks its quite profitable
go to the pl omaha tables instead man. more fish, and like you said if you can be patient.
never played omaha on carbon, only on starts, i might have to try this sometimes, tx for the info

I have started a day with nothing. I won one of these freerolls on here. Then I playes a sng and got to 13. I enetered a 6 dollar buyin 500 players. I came in 6th won 90. I bouht in for 44. then i won 214 when i placed 8th. I took that to cash 1-2 and 2-4 . I got up to 800 that day. I also lost it when a full house beat my flush and other bad hands. But if I can get up to 800 in a day so could you guys. good luck doing so.

See im not good at being patient in stud or other games quite like i am in Holdem and idk why. I guess because i know holdem and everything better bbut idk.
the 6 max .05/.10 nl tables have treated me well, avoid the hi-lo omaha just going to feed the rake
6 seater double ups are great for bankroll building. win a couple of these and they pay for your buyins for big money mtts!!

Yeah omaha is the tough game. I don't often play it.

i prefer PLO and PLO h/8 to build my BR up too!!!

ugh! stud is such a grind. i will never get caught playing stud with the exception of the occasional horse tournament. cant stand that game, id prefer to play POT LIMIT OMAHA if im stepping away from hold em.
Congrats on trippling your br. Always feels great when you start a decent BR as a micro stakes freeroller.
