I tried to play 20 yesterday and while playing, my computer couldn't handle it all and I'd miss every hand from timing out and it became a mess. I ended have to exit and sit out and shuffle between my tournaments/sit n goes because I had no better option. Normally tho, up to 9 or 12 is fine for me if I have a tracker handy.
I don't really know about ROI %, or such, because I play it as a hobby...(Like most would say) :D I also think, that ROI % shouldn't suffer much from playing at two tables max...
Anywhere from 4 to 15 depends on the day and the sites.
I'll usually have anywhere from 1 to 30+ going, just depending on how many sites and tourneys I feel like playing...it's insane but I like multitasking...lol
I honestly will play 15 tables....and that's a lot....
And if it's a Sunday...I've definitely got 20+ going...nothing else to do on a Sunday...lol
I never play more than 1 at a time because I find it hard to make good $ playing 2/4 or bigger with more going.
usually go up to 3 or 4 if there are that many worth playing. usually only play tourneys. if i was playing cash or sng would go up to 6-8
