OK, You get donked out of a tournament, how do YOU respond? It happens to all of us and makes us angry(especially on the river) I find it best to stay classy, say NH, close the table, then go out and kick a puppy! works every time:D

absolutely once you get angry, and lose your mind.. it can lead to tilt, and self destructive its extremely discouraging and tough but you have to just let it go.
I get mad sometimes but I don't type that out at the table. I see players say the most horrible things to each other over a card game. There is a particular player who plays most of the games I do here, and he has without exception had a tantrum during every one of them. He goes on and on for quite some time. I think this demonstrates a complete lack of self control and can't possibly be good for his game.
I never take it out on the players, but my computer monitor can take one hell of a punch.
i curse like a mutha fucka ...stomp my feet HARD! n say ...."nh" ..bastard , again that i keep 2 myself ! I just say "nice hand ";)
what else can you do besides say nice hand. I was at a table yesterday and beat one of the moderators of this site and he responded
"nice luck" which is mild compared to some of the people.
I guess after youve played along as i have youve seen alot Im used to it. I think for me it all balances out. I dont hit or kick shit I usally give a nh gg.
I just close the table, possibly give a comment but not go crazy like so many people do. People, and a lot from this site, start saying horrible things and just sound like idiots. I guess it makes them feel better but they are just stupid. Yea, its over the internet and people on the receiving end shouldnt feel bad but these are idiots imo.
Sometimes I like to scream and run around, maybe take my shirt off and throw it down... other times I just accept the bad beat and say "it happens" and move on.
The only thing you can do is smile and go onto the next hand, if your gonna lose start out by haveing the best hand
I bang out junk on the keyboard sometimes dfglzdkjgzd;ljghSRlkasl;fsnlnflsfgslk. I really dont kick puppies, I thought Id get taken to task for that comment...:)
with real soft hands~yanno
I get all pissed off go on tilt start swearing.. I DESERVE TO ALWAYS WIN DAMN IT. and if i lose its rigged LOL.. jk jk. :p
I sling my keyboard across the room, jump up and down on it, bust some windows and set my house on fire.
HAAAA ! WHATA BUNCHA GROUCHES ! n again lap co....cap lock :p
You go Yaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyy... If you're playing a money table with a badbeat jackpot..... You think about what you're gonna do with all your extra cash :)
I just register another game and keep on movinng... i try not to let my emotions control my play...theres usually bout a 4-6 day span every month where my emotions get the better of me
Just walk away from the table and register for the next tourney. Bad beats happen alot.
taking some time to think, rest, eat, then i can start playing again
jackoff
Stop for a few minutes, then use more skin lotion or soap depending on my location.
I expect to get sucked out on because of Carbon's RNG, so I just visualize the suckout and when it doesn't happen it's a nice surprise for me!
I replay the history, take one more look, curse the rigged site and log off.
I stay the same as when I win a hand. No emotion. Remember its only a game.
Ran out of dogs to shoot,,,I guess the neighbors are next.
Getting better taking beats and leaving my emotion out of it and refrain from cussing or typing what a dumb move my opponent made the longer I play, but I am on my third computer. Cracked a screen on my laptop once after getting sucked out on in a tourney. Now, anymore I just take a deep breath and hope there are more chips in front of me after the hand is over.
Well no better what you do next don't try and get it back. I'd just try and think about all the times I was on the other side winning a donked hand and try and forget about it.
I got a heavy bag and put it in my basement just for this reason. Really helps make me feel better and I get a lil work out too. Why you listening to me though? M I S You know what I mean wykydsceptre.
no it does not deal with, is a poker
wen i start playin i wos angry now i dont care eny more
Poker is nothing angry
Also why I try to play multiple tables. I really meant not just a bad beat, but one that takes you out of the tourney you are in. If I have another tourney, or cash game going at same time, I know there is still work to do, take a note, and get that FUCKER next time!:D
haven't played online in few years til now. but when im playing live, and get tilited from a bad beat, I usually go take a break and smoke a few cigarettes. Usually allows me to kill 10 minutes or so and cool off, gather my thought and come back to get my money back
this days i realy just dont care eny more
i usually break stuff, cuss everyone out and just tilt spew another couple stacks off
i get pissed an yell or sometimes i just go take a shower
ask myself how people continue to play the way they do, and why they are so lucky... and then move on to the next. Can't get hung up on beats... gotta keep on chuggin' along. Variance is everything and the fish will not win every time!
ack... it's part of the variance... I might review the hand again later and see if I missed anything I should have picked up on
I go on tilt and lose all my money. Nah not anymore, but i used to hahaha. I try to think of the long term than the short term. .
