Hi everybody.
Could yoou help me with a few tips to avoid TILT, there are sometimes that I try to play well, but there is always
some guy that play diferent and defeated me in the river. That hurts... and then I explode whit anger.
Please help me :(:(:(:(:(:(

If you are going on tilt then I believe the money is getting to your head which means you need to lower your stakes which will cool you down hopefully, it might also be because your on losing streaks but if that happens you should take a break from poker, if you are capable of doing these two things you should be fine.
Take a quick break n ease ure mind a bit I usually have a coffee n then come bck

The best thing to avoid tilt is to look straight and don\'t let your emotions control yourself. Think what pro\'s will do in different situations. Or other way is just to take a break for 5 minutes.

honestly, just remember how you got to the points of tilt and learn from that mistake and or take notes on the player that was involved.. other than that, one hand at a time will go a long way..
call them a bunch of names like donkfish or clownbag. then proceed to take a fat bong rip

If you lose some big pots, don't force yourself to get your chips back in the next couple hands if you don't really have something good. Just calm down and wait for next good hands.
After a bad beat, take a quick three minutes break (grab a snack, do some quick push-ups etc).then get back to the grind with a fresh mind from that bad beat. As long as you have made the correct play and just knowing you get unlucky, you should not be feeling tilted.just my 2 cents. I hope this quick tip helps.

You have to have psychopatic tendencies. I'm joking, but you need to be cool, careful not to lose grip on your game. Don't hold grudges. And I agree about the quick, small breaks.
