If yes, why?

Pure Vomit is one of the tightest players on all of the internet. Im folding that probably 80% of the time because everytime he has raised small when he was short, its been KK+ and i have alot of hands on him

on the flop i was just like... "fuck" ... lol... but i cannot fold there...


my only chance was to fold preflop.... but im not good enough for that.

i was unsure of purevomit... ive seen few things that make me think hes bad... but then again.. i alwasy see him deep...

he is a nit. and people reshove him alot when he makes that small raise.

i would of shoved pre if i wasn't going to fold post but not much you could do other than that, and it would of been the same outcome but 10s always put me in a rough spot

with him as the original raiser and 3 players to the flop a snap all in by him most likely would cause me to fold the 10's, 100% call with them preflop there but I would think for a second or two post, also it depends on your read on him and how your stack is looking if i'm short stacked or extremely deep vs his short stack im making the call if the stacks are pretty much even and im in a good place i'm most likely folding and waiting for a better opportunity where I could be the one going all-in first vs a caller.

It is tough to fold tens though.

Vs a random I'm probably not folding.

right before the break.. probably yes. 10s isnt a sure thing.

unless you had a gut feeling about the hand when you saw the setup...I don't know how you could fold here

It would be a very tough fold and I would answer "no" most of the time. lt depends on your opponent and what you are putting them on. When you get in this spot, your holdings are normally profitable with the texture of the board you had, but there will always be that small chance of someone holding an overpair larger than your own. I recently ran into a showdown similar when I was holding QQ and my opponent was holding KK. It is always nice when the shoe is on the other foot though.

WOW , hand before break tough call. but since you said that , and watching the table, tens , could of been beaten with JJ , QQ , KK, even AA............. at that time....tough call , hun, I hear the ending , it's easy to fold them. have U ever fold a pocket pair lower than JJ before ?.... that one , might of been your first. and good fold.

How would you fold AA 10 10 is an alright of a hand but with what people call with barley ever holds up.

I tell you what i fold preflop JJ i hate JJ rather have 22 anyday :)

When a nit raises UTG+1 He has a very tight range. (get a HUD and see what I mean) If his range is under 5% I call with TT only to set mine. When he shoves on the flop I'm done with the hand. Use Poker Stove to see what equity TT has on that board v his range...You are CRUSHED!

He's a super nit...like beyond nit. I have a few hands on him and I would be instantly worried that he had a much better hand than me, and that because of his super nit status, he won't be folding them to anything--turning my hand into a bluff is pointless, in other words. I probably fold, but I'd hate it all the way.

Same hand just happened to me (pretty much) 10 10 vs AA with a board all less than tens.

My thought is what are they going to be calling with that you HAVE BEAT. So why call? I just made the same mistake and those were my thoughts afterwards.
