When ever I play I usually don't tilt from a bad beat, I just laugh it off. But If I have multiple bad beats in one session I get a little tilty, then I know its time to get off and relax and come back later to try again.
I have a hard time playing after I loose a tournament. I have enacted a get up and take a break rule instead of jumping into the next table. It really has helped. After doing something else for a few minutes, it clears my head and helps me to re-focus my game.
They tend to do that to me too at times, but I'm learning.
Not good to be on tilt! I used to get thsi way all the time!
Now I try and have more patience, seems to be working!
