You need to do surveys to get points. Check out the beginner's guide and the three biggest tips I can give would be:
1. Check the What's Working section to see what others converted successfully (not everything converts).
2. Don't download anything....
3. Keep your distance from client.

before getting too involved in the site, first find your way around. Its not that hard but u do have to look for what u want
