I would like to know the answer to this question myself. In fact I've wanted to know for about 2 months now. lol
I remember seeing it, and I planned on loading for pokermaximus then bang....gone.
it is only certain players, i assume depending where you live maybe, i've done visa deposits as recently as last week. Before that i had no problems at all for last couple months. It take a while this time, with multiple denials, but i just kept trying with the cards that worked before. I think greendot may not work anymore, but my netspend worked. I got a letter from greendot saying the cards were going to be handled by different bank, and it hasn't worked since, don't know if that has something to do with it or not. But i do know that the card you use has to allow foreign transactions, most prepds do not, so getting harder to find ones that work.
I have carbon for trade if you are unable to deposit shoot me a PM. I might be able to trade depending on how my roll is at the time. I dont take paypal unless I know you so dont ask.
I have no idea what has happened... I did trade emails with one of the Merge Sites a couple of weeks ago,,, and they assured me that option would be back,,, now we'll have to wait and see...

i have had that problem with depositing for months now and actually it is okay with me they dont need my money then they can just wait to usa gets its own site and see where they are
Its because US players aren't allowed to play online poker
its not carbon its visa because if u are in us and playin online poker its illegal and can have your assets siezed and charged with tax evasion
Come on now get serious. If you live in the land of the free then by now you have to be used to having things taken from you. So as a suggestion "Just be prepared"
visa is the problem not carbon they wouldent turn down any card if it was up to them thats a money loss
If I were you I wouldn't make any deposits to Carbon, just build a bankroll through freerolls.
Their payment processor's got tagged so they changed up the processor's... they said they should be back in 2 weeks or so and all back to normal... I am having the same problem with Bovada... I am just going to WU the money to bypass the CC situation altogether!
