What is the best online poker room?

I use bovada, black chip, and carbon. I like bovada, but it seems like people don't know when to fold. I'll have a great hand, and pressure someone before and after the flop, and they will just keep calling. This results in many bad beats to inferior pre flop hands on the turn and river. I'm new to BCP and Carbon, and am trying those out now.

Juicy Stakes got better

My personal favorite is America's Cardroom. My only complaint with them is that I did receive a check from them once that bounced, but they took care of the problem quickly and were very professional.

The biggest concern I have about playing online is whether or not it will help improve my game, considering you obviously can't see the players faces or study their body language. I've been doing very well at poker rooms in Vegas this past year, but I don't live there and I'm not ready to quit my job and go professional until I at least make it to the final round of a major tournament. But it would be nice to be able to practice with other serious players when not in Vegas.

1) Yes those 2 are basically the best.... BUT... only if you're not living in the US. If you live in the US, I feel that Bovada is #1, followed by the ACR/BCP/Carbon rooms. Mind you, also if you do live in the states, keep an eye out for your intra state online card rooms as well. Though not as good as the ones listed above, they could be a place for you to find REAL soft games. Also one thing to avoid, because of the ever shifting pricing, is AVOID BITCOIN poker rooms.

2) Online playing is good to keep your skills focused. Also with playing online poker rooms, you don't hafta dress in a certain form, if at all (if that's your preference LoL), and you can play any time of the day. Also if you have multiple screens you can have a HEM or any other poker analysis software, or poker book on the other screen for certain circumstances. Or heck you can just be watching a movie on the other part. One thing online poker offers to the masses that doesn't to brick and mortar players is that the hands go by so fast, that even an ADD person wouldn't lose interest ;).

BUT....

One thing that online doesn't offer that Brick and Mortar places do is the amount of patience you build for decisions and hands. Also you can read a person through their body language better.

Of course it's a personal preference thing. I enjoy both myself, when I can get to both that is.

ultimate bet was the best in my opinion. the software was easy to navigate and it had alot of freerolls.

I want try them all over the next 3 months and see if I can get successful cashouts. Keep us posted on fast cash outs please!

Really depends on where your from. If your from the U.S. then your best bet would be The American Cardroom. It's not that their really better than the other sites in terms of software, but from what i've seen, there is just more action on ACR. If there's one thing i want from a site, it simply is action and being able to instantly find on-going ring games and a good selection of tournaments that would not be cancelled because there was not enough registered players. Looks like ACR has the most players right now. More players=more action.
