Glad to hear it Kathy. I didn't know they refunded check withdrawal as well, I thought it was just Western Union so thats good to know. Please keep me updated on that like who delivers the check and time frame. FedEx is delivering checks for Carbon and I had to sign for it FYI, so you may have to do the same.Quote:

They said 14 days to process this. So far its been 18 and I emailed support. It turns out they meant 14 business days. So hopefully I hear something this Wednesday or they will be getting another email.

Just to let everyone know I received my check today fed ex. The 25.00 charge was put back into my account. Took about 8 weeks to get the check. Now I will deposit it and let you know when it clears. Its from Canada so might be 5 to 7 days.

I never received an email from 3rd party to pick up my money. However Lock support was helpful and they gave me my MTCN and sender info. Process to pick up was quick and easy and I would def do it again. I'm now working on getting the 10% fee refunded back in my poker account since I get 1 free cashout a month. I'll let you know how that goes.
