what is the fastest cashout site through all the poker rooms?

BCP/ACR if you get the prepaid card, it only takes two days to get paid.

^^ these and for just normal check cashouts, Bodog and Intertops are good.

seals with clubs is also fast with cashouts....I have heard of people getting paid within 3 days from them....I haven't cashed out there myself to be 100% but a lot of threads about how fast you can cashout there.

I haven't looked into it myself, (I probably should) but I have heard someone say as little as six hours. I always sell my chips to other players for paypal. I take a 25% hit but that's not bad for free money.

For checks I find Bovada to be the quickest. From request to check in hand takes about 10 days.
