i didn't mean to post that, i am trying to talk to this moron. if it is from ronaldesgay or something he is lying. He doesn't understand how paypal works
he posted a claim so i can't refund his money and he won't make an acr account. I don't know what to do I am thinking about keeping it He's wasted a full workday of my time.

If he is just simply saying that he cant get ACR because he is from the US then yes he is lying, but that doesnt mean he is trying to scam maybe he just doesnt want ACR.

totally n00bs suggestion but if hes filed a claim why dont u just leave it with paypal as they will probs find in his favor and refund the money...then close both of ure accounts depending on what he said the money is for
You are usually fair poof, but in this case your are misreading the situation. If he would have waited 30 min before filing a claim, it would not have taken me until just now to refund his money. Had to go through a bunch of channels, I kinda wish I woulda just kept it all you ppl making me out to be a villain. I am an honest working college student. I resent the comments from people, just wanted to play a couple games for free. And the schitzo degenerate gambler drags me into this crap. You should see how many messages he sent me in one night. You shouldn't be calling him names. I mean, all he did was his part of the trade. How did you not know your BCP was blocked? or whatever. You agreed to send BCP and didn't it's that simple. Sure maybe it was an honest mix up on your end, but you cannot point the finger at him.
