If you are are receiving HashedPassword message in the Cashier when trying to deposit, this is due to difficulties we experienced when trying updating our software yesterday, but we are working to resolve this.
In the meantime, you can log into the Casino directly via Lock Casino with your email and password to access our eWallet/credit card options. Once you have deposited you can transfer the funds to Poker by returning to the Poker Cashier. But if you have difficulty transferring the funds then please email us and we can transfer the funds for you.
