They have not and likely will not. Here's a link from a few days ago talking about their cash flow problems.

Yea Crusher, AP/UB has not paid this player. I have already written half of my loss off by including a bankroll from another pokersite to my list of pokersites and dropping UB. I usually just add maybe my top 8 bankrolls of 18 pokersites to my money that I add up and consider part of my bankroll. I still now need to get enough winnings on another site to get rid of the second Cereus site(AP) from my bankroll.

They filed for bankruptcy protection. Doubt they will pay out anything.

They are not paying any player (US players and non US players). Good that I never let much money on any of these poker rooms.

I hope if they don't pay out players, the law punishes them. There is no reason why they are allowed to keep or use players' money. The only money they have a right to is rake.
I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for the Costa Rican authorities to make this right. Good luck to all who have money there, for me it's only 20 bucks worth of freeroll winnnings.Quote:
