    Carbon Poker: Dealing preference options?

    Does anybody know if there is a way to have your cards dealt to you face down? I want to have to click on my cards or something when I want to see them...

    No, I don't think there is. I know you can hide them in the hand by clicking on each one. Why do you want them dealt down for?

    Well, in an effort to advance my skill at poker, I am trying to break my habit of playing my cards first. I am hoping that by having the cards dealt face down my first look will be to play against the players and then play my hand. At least, that is the goal...

    turn ur sound on , close ur eyes ... wait til u hear the cards dealing . then click on them open ur eyes and play the hand. might want to try it at low $ games or play money first though

    GEfishy, I want to stay away from you on real and tourney tables. Great idea. A friend once tried this. Count to 5 before making any decision. It keeps you in good habit. Strong advice. I wish ppl would stop giving ideas out for free. Too many good/ great players already LOL GL
