    Has anyone ever cashed out on carbon poker?

    Why is carbon allowed to be played in usa and no other site?

    Anyone have any info on this?

    It's probably a number of factors like are they doing bank fraud and money laundering like the other big 3 were accused of doing ... IDK the answer to that ... maybe yes maybe no

    The second thing to consider is they are relatively small ... DOJ has a limited budget and it might not be worth it to spend their resources going after a small operation.

    americans can cash out via check thats the only way takes about a month for check and a 20 dollar fee but it will arrive
