That's not even a good five pointer.

try to reinstall, maybe the updates can't go through

just uninstall carbon and reinstall it probable u were doing an update and it didnt update fully so now cannot start up or else temporary problem frm their server whch is rare. if after uninstall and reinstall it still dont work maybe they dont want u to play for sometime u go take break.
